Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the scheduling and labor management of staff.
- Conduct daily meetings to align team priorities and gather feedback.
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting talent for the guest services team.
- Work with department leaders to enhance guest service and team engagement.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Rooms Division or Front Desk operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software systems.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Desired Skills
- Associate's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience with hotel management systems.
- Previous experience in a large family resort or hotel setting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
