Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling and labor management of staff.
  • Conduct daily meetings to align team priorities and gather feedback.
  • Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas.
  • Assist in recruiting and selecting talent for the guest services team.
  • Work with department leaders to enhance guest service and team engagement.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Rooms Division or Front Desk operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software systems.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Desired Skills

  • Associate's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience with hotel management systems.
  • Previous experience in a large family resort or hotel setting.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
