Position Overview

Full-time position with a minimum of 45 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service while effectively resolving issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Manage all aspects of guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and requests.
  • Handle all guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate account balances and handle cash transactions.
  • Understand and uphold the standards and expectations of the hotel and brand.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and general office.
  • Possess knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong computer skills.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
