Guest Services Supervisor

Full-time position with a minimum of 45 hours per week.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service while effectively resolving issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Manage all aspects of guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and requests.
- Handle all guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account balances and handle cash transactions.
- Understand and uphold the standards and expectations of the hotel and brand.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and general office.
- Possess knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to assist guests.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong computer skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
