Job Overview
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, room categories, pricing, availability, and guest arrivals/departures.

  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated areas.
  • Present guest invoices and process transactions, adhering to payment and cash handling policies.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for overseeing all aspects of Front Desk operations, in alignment with hotel standards. Implement and uphold a robust service and management philosophy that guides the respective team.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role; prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
