Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will take food and beverage orders, deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and serve meals to guests in accordance with hotel standards, all while maintaining a courteous and efficient demeanor. You will also handle payment transactions and assist in the upkeep of the dining area and equipment.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Completion of ServSafe or equivalent food safety training.
  • Alcohol service training (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
