Role Summary

The Utility Support Services Lead plays a vital role in assisting shift supervisors and department directors with daily operations. This includes maintaining high standards of quality and service by training and supporting team members, ensuring schedules are managed effectively, and setting a positive example through professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Assign tasks and offer support to team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Step in for shift supervisors during their absence.
  • Adjust schedules to address staffing shortages as necessary.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold service standards.
  • Report any equipment issues or shortages promptly.
  • Engage with customers and patients to gather feedback through surveys.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or directors.
  • Maintain respectful interactions with all patients and customers, considering their unique needs.
