Key Responsibilities

- Ensure efficient check-in processes and operational effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing coaching and recognition to team members.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns, escalating feedback as necessary.
- Coordinate the completion of guest requests and concerns with relevant departments.
- Assist in staff scheduling and labor management to optimize operations.
- Conduct daily meetings with the guest services team to prioritize tasks and gather feedback.
- Monitor team performance, offering real-time coaching and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and support areas.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes for guest service staff.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create action plans aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Engage in performance management activities, including employee evaluations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure operational quality by maintaining adequate inventory and addressing equipment issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or rooms division role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience with property management systems.
- Previous experience in a large family-oriented resort or hotel.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
