Vice President of Operations

We are in search of a Vice President of Operations to manage and enhance growth, efficiency, and operational excellence across diverse restaurant markets in the United States. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, entails leading regional operations while maintaining company standards and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to formulate strategic initiatives for restaurant operations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional managers to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor performance indicators and financial goals to achieve operational excellence
  • Guarantee quality, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards across all locations
  • Develop training programs to elevate team skills and capabilities
  • Oversee budgets, manage costs, and enhance profitability
  • Support the launch of new restaurant locations and expansions
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Operations
  • A proven history of leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in financial oversight and P&L management
  • Strong decision-making and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
