About the Job

Lavendo is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into its next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a dynamic company at the intersection of tech recruitment and management consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies and lead all operations and business activities
  • Oversee financial performance, including profit and loss management, taxes, and investment plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Make decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven success in managing an IT outsourcing company or a department within an IT outsourcing company
  • Strong experience in managing finances, including profit and loss management, taxes, and investment planning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performing environment
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation
