Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad North America, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain project data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Worksheet Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date worksheets, reports, and other documents.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential and sensitive documents, ensuring secure storage and retrieval.
  • Preparation of Estimates: Assist in the preparation of estimates and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Bid Coordination: Coordinate bid responses and proposals, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Assist in scheduling and planning meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
