We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Builders FirstSource. This role will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate workflow and communications between operating units, vendors, and customers to support administrative and operational processes.
- Serve as a resource on office policies, methods, and procedures, and perform data entry and retrieval functions.
- Assist with report preparation and perform various accounting, compliance, inventory, or HR-related duties as requested.
- May assist with sales orders, invoicing, customer accounts, and provide sales transaction support as needed.
- Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or coworkers.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3-5 years of administrative or related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
