Administrative Support Coordinator

O'Brien Engineering, Inc. (OEI) is in search of an Administrative Support Coordinator (hybrid: 3+ days a week in-office).
OEI, a comprehensive Architecture and Engineering design firm, has been operational for over 37 years and caters to clients across the nation. Our extensive portfolio includes a variety of project types, serving sectors such as Federal, Healthcare, Military, and Institutional clients. If you are not a resident of the DFW metroplex, please include your relocation plans in your application, as this position requires in-office presence for 3+ days a week.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a capable individual who excels in supporting various operational functions. Required experience includes proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting; client service experience; and excellent organizational skills.
Your responsibilities may encompass a diverse and dynamic array of tasks:
- Digital and physical filing and organization of documents
- Assistance with invoicing
- Support in report writing and preparation
- Email distribution, monitoring, and responses
- Data entry tasks
- Ordering supplies and catering for meetings
- Assistance with time and expense reporting
