Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace your marketing expertise to design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns aimed at driving business growth.
  • Take the lead in orchestrating quarterly initiatives, working closely with marketing leaders to ensure remarkable outcomes.
  • Leverage your creativity to define campaign content and messaging needs, collaborating with Brand and Creative teams for flawless execution.
  • Work in tandem with Sales to meet shared goals and develop impactful marketing strategies that engage our audience.
  • Become proficient in data analysis, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance to improve efficiency and uncover new success avenues.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to explore innovative social sponsorship and integration opportunities that align with our brand ethos.
  • Customize social media proposals for potential brand partners, including production budgets, editorial timelines, and distribution plans.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to share social insights and campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with Integrated Marketing initiatives and relay priorities to global/regional social teams for cohesive alignment.

  • Ensure precise collection and integration of marketing data through thorough testing.
  • Lead Campaign Operations in the designated region.
  • Enhance workflow processes by collaborating with other corporate operations teams.
  • Maintain and optimize our marketing technology stack for scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
