Our goal is to continually motivate creators on their path to express their creativity globally and establish significant connections with their communities to enhance their success.

As a vital member of the Brand and Integrated Creator Marketing team, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand vision, collaborating with a dynamic, creator-focused team committed to redefining conventional marketing approaches.

Together, you will design captivating campaigns, initiatives, and activations that keep our brand vibrant and in tune with youth culture, while also resonating with our audience - driving substantial earned media and creator engagement.


The ideal candidate will possess experience in:

Strategic, culturally-driven consumer marketing that is anchored in profound consumer insights, a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, market dynamics, and the right blend of brand and product knowledge to create impactful marketing strategies that yield results.

Experience in implementing brand campaigns, establishing brand partnerships/collaborations, and executing creator amplification strategies and tactics within consumer brands or creative agencies is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

Creator Engagement Marketing Lead Duties:
Define and oversee the comprehensive development of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies for creator marketing programs that align with our business objectives.

Stay attuned to creator, industry, and cultural trends to uncover opportunities for the brand to produce relevant marketing work and cultivate relationships with our audience.

Craft strategic creative briefs that align with business goals, brand strategy, and objectives.

Manage and brief agency partners, empowering them to deliver their best work.

Foster alignment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (media, communications, creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, partnerships) to identify opportunities and execute integrated programs.

Develop and disseminate channel marketing best practices while continuously innovating creator engagement touchpoints.

Establish measurable KPIs and monitor campaign performance to provide data-driven insights for campaign optimization and exploration of new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in managing and executing integrated campaigns focused on creators or consumers, along with long-term brand development through a diverse media mix.

Experience leading and collaborating within matrixed teams and organizations.

Proven experience in leading and partnering with a roster of high-performing creative and media agencies.

Demonstrated ability to influence effectively across all levels of management in a cross-functional environment.

Understanding of creators or youth audiences, with a proven track record of utilizing audience research and data to derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and enhance audience experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:
$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
