Role Overview
As a vital member of the Brand and Integrated Creator Marketing team, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand vision. Collaborating with a dedicated, creator-focused team, you will challenge conventional marketing practices. Together, you will design captivating campaigns, programs, and activations that resonate with youth culture and captivate our audience, generating significant earned media and creator engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive development of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies for creator marketing programs that align with our business objectives.
  • Stay attuned to creator trends, industry shifts, and cultural developments to identify opportunities for impactful brand initiatives that connect with our audience.
  • Craft strategic creative briefs that align with business goals, brand strategy, and overall objectives.
  • Oversee and guide agency partners, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (media, communications, creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, partnerships) to identify synergies and deliver cohesive programs.
  • Establish and share best practices for channel marketing while continuously innovating creator engagement strategies.
  • Define measurable KPIs and monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize initiatives and uncover new opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and executing integrated campaigns focused on creators or consumers, with a strong emphasis on long-term brand development across diverse media channels.
  • Proven experience leading and collaborating within matrixed teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with high-performing creative and media agencies.
  • Strong track record of effective cross-functional influence at all management levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of creators or youth demographics, with experience leveraging audience research and data to inform marketing strategies and enhance audience engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building brands that engage with youth or creator culture, or that involve collaboration with creators and public figures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on executional excellence.
