Hourly Rate:
$35/hr
Work Environment:
Leading broadcasting and streaming service (Hybrid, in-office presence required twice a week)

40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator
Campaign Management:
Collaborate with external media partners and internal teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed efficiently from inception to completion, taking ownership of the process and adhering to established timelines.
Asset Coordination:
Work alongside the Creative Services team to submit and monitor asset requests, and subsequently review and assist in delivering them across all platforms including CTV, mobile, web, and more.
Documentation Management:
Maintain various tracking documents and update them in real-time. Continuously seek ways to enhance these resources for easy, on-demand access.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with other teams within the organization, including Content/Brand Marketing and Programming/Partner Marketing, to stay informed on the latest on-platform content updates.
Operational Assistance:
Support the team with miscellaneous tasks, help coordinate meeting schedules with internal and external stakeholders, and keep the team’s Google Drive organized with the latest media partner reports, contracts, presentations, etc.
Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all monthly invoices are accurately accounted for.
Additional Projects:
Assist other divisions under paid marketing with ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator
1+ year of experience supporting a marketing team or working at an advertising agency.
Familiarity with organizational/project management tools such as Google Drive and Asana.
Experience with creative assets, including knowledge of the design process and basic specifications.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Creative and Finance.
Experience partnering with external entities to launch large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to establish processes and timelines and adapt them for improved efficiency.
Preferred experience in the entertainment or streaming TV/OTT industry.
Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive mindset with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary.
A genuine curiosity for the entertainment marketing sector, asking questions when needed and a passion for learning.
