Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Lead the planning and execution of quarterly campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing leaders to ensure exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine campaign content and messaging requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with Sales to achieve shared objectives and create impactful marketing initiatives that captivate our audience.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to enhance efficiency and identify new opportunities for success.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing to identify innovative social sponsorship and integration prospects aligned with our brand identity.
- Develop personalized social media packages for potential brand partners, including production budgets, editorial calendars, and distribution strategies.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to share social insights and campaign data for ongoing enhancements.
- Engage with Integrated Marketing initiatives and communicate priorities to global/regional social teams for cohesive alignment.
Key Focus Areas:
- Ensure accurate collection and integration of marketing data through comprehensive testing.
- Lead Campaign Operations in the USA.
- Streamline workflow processes by collaborating with other corporate operations teams.
- Maintain and optimize our marketing tech stack for scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
