Position Overview:
As the Global Demand Generation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives with a strong focus on paid advertising strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads. Your primary goal will be to effectively engage Audienceplus's target audience and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine integrated digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating interest in new offerings, and nurturing leads to ensure they are sales-ready.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and results.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective customers to gather insights that will inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct structured interviews with customers to derive insights that will aid in crafting effective positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to establish a content strategy that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
- Work alongside the content marketing team to create innovative content tailored to ideal customer profiles and product offerings, ensuring effective distribution across multiple channels, including written content, advertisements, webinars, and presentations.
- Continuously assess and enhance the marketing funnel, acting as the steward of performance metrics throughout the customer journey.
- Support marketing operations by managing workflow automation and ensuring data integrity within the marketing platform.
- Provide recommendations to improve lead capture processes and optimize conversion rates across the company's digital properties.
- Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and project management for cross-regional initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot and account-based marketing tools.
- Extensive experience (4-5 years) in managing B2B paid marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of reporting and attribution.
- Previous experience in a demand generation or performance marketing role within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Additional Skills:
- Experience managing substantial budgets across diverse digital advertising channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and public relations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
- Experience as a content creator or influencer is a significant plus.
