The Talent Mine is currently in search of an Aerospace Systems Specialist with a strong background in Controls to join a leading organization in the aerospace sector. This position offers a unique chance for individuals passionate about space technology and proficient in MATLAB.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science)
  • A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
  • Expertise in converting high-level system specifications into actionable designs
  • Hands-on experience with electronic sensors and components
  • Knowledge of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, RF systems, telemetry, etc.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering methodologies
  • Must fulfill U.S. citizenship or residency criteria

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in spacecraft hardware development
  • Proficiency in MATLAB or Python programming
  • Familiarity with requirements management software
  • Experience throughout the product development lifecycle
