  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, develop, and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and relevant technical materials that benefit the organization.
  • Work alongside suppliers and manufacturing teams to evaluate components and sub-assemblies that align with program needs.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in developing complex electronic systems for aerospace applications.
  • Expertise in electronic power conversion, particularly in voltage regulator design for power levels below 1KW.
  • Proficient in implementing various voltage regulator architectures, including boost, buck, linear, and LDO, with experience in multi-phase designs.
  • Skilled in specifying magnetic components such as inductors and transformers for power conversion applications.
  • Experienced in selecting semiconductor controls and power devices for high-reliability radiation environments.
  • Capable of developing verification and testing methodologies to validate voltage regulator performance, with hands-on experience in laboratory settings.
  • Strong background in aerospace hardware and electronics, with familiarity with DO-160 and DO-254 development processes.
  • Proficient in using electrical design simulation tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying analysis results.
  • Ability to foster trust and maintain professional relationships while promoting an inclusive culture.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee/asylee.

Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in developing motor control drive electronics.
  • Familiarity with control systems in the aerospace sector.
  • Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is competitive and reflects the experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Benefits:
