Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to provide administrative support to our CEO and President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including vendor relationships, conference room scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and edit business documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and President, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR on corporate culture events and external presence.
  • Facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort, maintaining good communications with Senior Leaders.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
  • 10-15 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in supporting busy and demanding executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with professionals at all levels.
  • Mature, professional work habits, with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
