HR Compliance Specialist

As the HR Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the Leave of Absence (LOA) process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Actively participating in the Reasonable Accommodation Committee (RAC) and engaging in the interactive process with associates regarding LOA and accommodation requests.
- Maintaining comprehensive records for workers' compensation and acting as the liaison between DXL and the insurance provider, ensuring timely and effective claims management.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of training programs focused on Compliance and Associate Relations.
- Leading the management of unemployment claims for DXL.
- Collaborating with field and corporate leadership to address and resolve Associate Relations matters.
- An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a Human Resources setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new software applications.
