As an HR Compliance Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, where every associate feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the life cycle of the LOA process, ensuring timely and effective management of claims.
  • Actively participate in the Reasonable Accommodation Committee (RAC), engaging in interactive processes with associates on LOA and/or requesting accommodations.
  • Maintain internal workers' compensation records, serving as an intermediary between the insurance company and DXL.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of Compliance and Associate Relations training initiatives.
  • Take a lead role in DXL's unemployment claim management, partnering with field and corporate leadership to resolve Associate Relations issues.
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an HR Department) is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
  • An aptitude and initiative to learn new applications are essential.
