Key Responsibilities- Oversee the life cycle of the LOA process, ensuring timely and effective management of claims.
- Actively participate in the Reasonable Accommodation Committee (RAC), engaging in interactive processes with associates on LOA and/or requesting accommodations.
- Maintain internal workers' compensation records, serving as an intermediary between the insurance company and DXL.
- Assist with the design and delivery of Compliance and Associate Relations training initiatives.
- Take a lead role in DXL's unemployment claim management, partnering with field and corporate leadership to resolve Associate Relations issues.
- An Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an HR Department) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
- An aptitude and initiative to learn new applications are essential.
