As the HR Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the daily operations of the Leave of Absence (LOA) process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Actively participating in the Reasonable Accommodation Committee (RAC) and engaging in the interactive process with associates regarding LOA and accommodation requests.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records for workers' compensation and acting as a liaison between DXL and the insurance provider, ensuring timely claims management and completion of OSHA recordkeeping.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of training initiatives focused on Compliance and Associate Relations.
  • Leading the management of unemployment claims for DXL.
  • Collaborating with field and corporate leadership to address and resolve Associate Relations matters.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
  • An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new software applications.
