Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at AMN Healthcare. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for Language Services Solutions with prospects who are healthcare payers. This is a national role, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for selling across the United States, able to travel, and experienced in selling directly to healthcare payers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops strategic client relationships
* Performs outbound sales activity to drive demand and conducts virtual and on-site client visits
* Identifies targets that will lead to increased revenue opportunities
* Serves as end-to-end subject matter expert of the service with a proven ability to deliver effective presentations to prospects
* Manages pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
* Drives territory growth to achieve performance targets through demand generation
* Increases market share for AMN solutions
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience selling healthcare technology solutions to Payers
* Experience growing networks and cold calling

Compensation:
$101,000 - $126,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
