Job Summary

Graco is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage sales activities and develop sales targets for distributors within their territory. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of distribution management and technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities, including development of sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for distributors within their territory.
  • Coordinate pricing strategy to meet sales targets, negotiating with distributors as needed.
  • Direct sales of automatic gun (Retrofit) sales and support of booth system sales, either with their RM or Distributor sales team.
  • Provide support and input for their Regional Manager or Director as required to achieve growth results.
  • Support national sales meetings or marketing events, networking, and territory development.
  • Support distributors with local sales events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with computers and comfortable with presentation software, spreadsheets, and word management programs.
  • Good organizational, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Previous experience with distribution or distribution management.
  • Value selling and sales training for technical sales.
