Job Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Cardiac RMS by DocGo, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territory to achieve our mission. Through your consultative selling approach and in-depth knowledge of our solutions, you will help healthcare providers reduce emergency department visits and hospitalizations for patients with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively manage your assigned territory, including identifying key target accounts, developing relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare providers in your territory and position Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions as the ideal choice to maximize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within healthcare practices, including physicians, administrators, and other relevant personnel.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cardiac RMS by DocGo products, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to healthcare providers.
  • Manage a team of 1099 Contract Employees, subject to your supervisor's approval.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in complex sales environments, preferably within the medical services or healthcare industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a territory effectively.
