About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Western US region. You will work closely with our Navigation Applications Engineers to provide technical and sales support to existing and potential customers, attend trade shows, and manage incoming sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Western US region
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify new sales opportunities and foster existing customer relationships
  • Manage sales inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests
  • Interface with production, engineering, and inside sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer service
  • Support the procurement process, including providing pricing and completing quotations
  • Maintain sales and business development information in CRM software
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve VectorNav products and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Engineering, or Communications
  • 2+ years of B2B inside/outside sales experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or related industries
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of excellence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
