About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at VectorNav Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Western US region. You will work closely with our Navigation Applications Engineers to provide technical consultation and support to existing and potential customers, attend trade shows, and manage incoming sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Western US region
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate new sales opportunities
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and inside sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and technical support
  • Support all aspects of the procurement process, including pricing and quotations
  • Maintain sales and business development information in CRM software tool
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve VectorNav products and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Engineering, or Communications
  • 2+ years of B2B inside/outside sales experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or related industry
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of excellence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
