Role Overview

The TTS Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and securing orders from both existing and potential clients through a relationship-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Establish, nurture, and sustain business relationships with current and prospective clients within the designated territory to foster new business opportunities for the organization’s offerings.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct telephone and in-person meetings to present products and services, assisting clients in identifying solutions that best meet their requirements.
  • Market Research: Investigate potential customer sources to develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development: Create clear and compelling written proposals and quotations tailored to the needs of current and prospective clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Facilitate the prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate the market within the territory to assess the value of existing and potential customers to the organization.
  • Competitive Analysis: Identify competitive advantages and conduct comparisons of products and services.
  • Reporting: Provide management with oral and written reports regarding customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product applications, technical services, market trends, and competitive activities.
