Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the NGEO Segment Sales Leader.
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships to enhance PTL's market presence.
  • Optimize profit margins through strategic pricing and value-driven selling techniques.
  • Implement sales strategies tailored for Key Accounts.

Client Engagement:

Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients by becoming well-versed in all facets of PTL's operations and energy product offerings. Understand client objectives and identify how PTL can assist in achieving their business goals.

Sales Management:

Provide regular updates to PTL sales leadership and utilize CRM tools to build sales pipelines and forecasts. Formulate actionable plans to execute specific sales initiatives aimed at meeting established goals. Follow internal procedures for pricing and contract development while operating within designated authority limits.

Collaboration:

Work in conjunction with colleagues, management, and senior leadership to effectively implement sales strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the designated sales leader.

Financial Accountability:

Responsible for generating a monthly gross margin ranging from $75,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, particularly in value-based or solution-oriented selling.
  • Preferred knowledge of Natural Gas Compression.
  • Proficient in developing effective account plans and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Work Environment:

This role involves office-based work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting. Physical capabilities include standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
