POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of the company's offerings within a designated territory, product category, or specific customer accounts to achieve or surpass revenue goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales growth to meet or exceed set revenue targets through engaging sales visits to client sites.
  • Maintain relationships with a current customer portfolio; identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate and strategize with the sales team on all client-related matters.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, followed by comprehensive reports to the sales management.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Partner with technical support and clients to guarantee thoroughness and precision of information.
  • Assess market demands and analyze competitor strengths.
  • Assist in evaluating creditworthiness and managing the collection of overdue accounts.
  • Participate in events as needed to maintain customer engagement.
  • Execute additional job-related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all NOV Company and HSE policies and protocols.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • An Associate's Degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Solids Control Operations.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Solids Control Sales.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory is essential.
