Job Overview

Position Title: Field Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday with on-call duties as necessary

Compensation: Salary starting at $36,000 per year plus commission

Role Summary

  • This role involves managing an established sales territory along with a dedicated customer base.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance company profitability.
  • Accountable for the upkeep of existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities through leads and outreach.
  • Achieve set sales objectives within specified timelines and complete reporting as required by the Sales Manager.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings and develop sales materials to keep clients informed about the latest offerings.
  • A company vehicle will be provided, with some travel required for overnight stays.

Candidate Requirements

  • High level of integrity and the ability to quickly build customer relationships are essential.
  • Proven capability in utilizing productivity tools such as laptops, spreadsheets, word processing software, email, and contact management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Pre-employment drug screening, a valid Texas driver's license, and background checks are mandatory.

Experience Needed:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial product sector.
