Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to client locations using a company vehicle.
- Oversee customer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), including counting, restocking, and managing stock levels.
- Support the sales team by discussing current and upcoming projects with clients.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers as necessary.
- Participate in various warehouse tasks as required.
- Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or customer service environment is essential.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate a forklift.
