Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management
- Knowledge of CRM systems and timekeeping software
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages
