Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in outside sales or account management
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and timekeeping software
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages
