Position Overview
Holman Enterprises is seeking a Chief Financial Officer – Commercial Operations to enhance operational excellence within the finance department and across business units. This role involves implementing effective processes, optimizing resource allocation, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct strategic initiatives across Fleet, Commercial Vehicle Equipment, Powertrain, Insurance, and Small Business Solutions.
- Collaborate with the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to align with the company’s objectives.
- Partner with business unit leaders to formulate and execute operational strategies that align with financial goals and enhance efficiency across divisions.

- Supervise all organizational reporting, including budgeting, profit & loss, balance sheet, earnings, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements in operational financial areas.
- Align the Finance Team's strategic initiatives with the broader organizational goals.

- Identify and implement new tools or workflows to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.
- Utilize predictive models to assess the potential impact of industry trends and develop proactive recommendations.

- Oversee team management and forecasting schedules to ensure divisional milestones are met.
- Conduct analysis of business initiatives and provide recommendations based on findings.

- Promote leadership development initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance function and across business units.

- Lead comprehensive performance analysis across business units to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and cost optimization, providing strategic recommendations for improved efficiency.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with strategic goals and promote synergy among various business units.

- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to cultivate positive relationships and support strategic objectives.

- Drive innovation and growth strategies across business units, creating an environment that encourages creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.

- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations through reports and presentations to the Executive Vice President and senior executives, highlighting key financial trends and challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA with a concentration in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs and ERP systems for managing financial data and streamlining processes.

- Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools for visualizing financial data and monitoring key performance indicators.
- 15 years of experience in leadership roles within finance, with a preference for experience in large, complex organizations.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards, particularly in the United States, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and achieve performance targets.

- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
