- Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial analysis; expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing senior-level teams; excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
