Manager of Inside Sales at Infragistics

As the Manager of Inside Sales at Infragistics, you will oversee a proactive team of inside sales professionals dedicated to enhancing revenue and broadening our client portfolio. This position requires the execution of effective sales methodologies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently meets sales objectives while focusing on client renewals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Guide, inspire, and empower the inside sales team to reach their sales goals.
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to improve team performance.
    • Encourage a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning.
  • Sales Planning and Implementation:
    • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to boost revenue.
    • Utilize CRM systems and sales metrics to refine sales operations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong connections with key clients.
    • Design customized solutions that deliver value to clients.
    • Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Sales Training and Support:
    • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and assistance to navigate challenges.
    • Stay informed about product offerings and market trends.
  • Collaboration Across Departments:
    • Work closely with marketing and product development teams.
    • Share insights to enhance lead generation efforts.
    • Relay customer feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role within the software industry.
  • Strong grasp of software development principles and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
