Salary:


We are seeking to expand our team with a new Inside Sales Representative (ISR) dedicated to our North American Sales Division. The ISR will concentrate on cultivating new business opportunities for our Slingshot digital workplace solution. This role is pivotal in achieving results through exceptional prospecting and lead engagement skills, complemented by strong collaboration.


This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, with an option for a hybrid model for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance to our headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through self-initiated prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and gather business requirements. Collaborate with the Virtual Account team to devise effective account and opportunity strategies.
  • Address incoming inquiries from organizations interested in our solutions and guide them to the most suitable offerings.
  • Utilize teleconferencing tools to deliver remote presentations to potential clients and prepare clear, accurate written proposals and quotations outlining their options and recommended actions.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, and interests to inform product development and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities to enhance our marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of forecasts and opportunity details within SalesForce.
  • Offer constructive feedback and suggestions regarding our marketing strategies based on direct interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Achieve or surpass software licensing targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, highly driven, and persistent.
  • Motivated to excel and earn substantial commissions in a commission-based environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a dynamic setting.
  • Previous experience working within a revenue quota and commission framework is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills are essential.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Ideally, 1+ years of successful experience in software inside sales.
  • Basic understanding of information technology and comfort discussing tech solutions with clients; familiarity with SalesForce, LinkedIn, and chat tools is a plus.
