The Inside Sales Executive will achieve results through proficient prospecting and lead engagement, complemented by exceptional collaboration skills.


This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with an option for a hybrid model for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance to our headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through self-initiated prospecting and following up on company-generated leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, pinpointing key stakeholders, generating interest, and gathering business requirements. Collaborate with the Virtual Account team to devise suitable account and opportunity strategies.
  • Address incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in our solutions, directing them to the most appropriate offerings.
  • Utilize teleconferencing tools to deliver remote presentations to prospective clients and create precise written proposals and quotations that outline their options and recommended actions.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, and interests to inform product development and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities to enhance our marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
  • Regularly update forecasts and opportunity details in the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Offer firsthand feedback and suggestions on marketing strategies based on direct interactions with clients and prospects.
  • Achieve or surpass software licensing targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
  • Driven to excel and earn substantial commissions in a commission-based environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience in a revenue-driven role with a commission structure is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills are essential.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in software inside sales.
  • Basic understanding of information technology and comfort discussing tech solutions with clients; familiarity with CRM systems and professional networking platforms is a plus.
