Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving net new business and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and develop compelling value propositions around our products and services
  • Grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities from marketing-generated and self-generated leads, and accurately forecast business results
  • Manage the sales process through needs analysis, demonstration, and contract negotiation
  • Meticulously document sales activities in our CRM system

Key Attributes:

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on exceeding sales targets
  • Strong desire to grow professionally in sales and develop a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Innate interest in sales, technology, and business operations
  • A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business acumen
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to sales calls
  • An innate desire to help businesses succeed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of end-to-end sales experience
  • SaaS sales experience a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM systems a plus
