Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Information Management Analyst. This role is essential in supporting our ongoing projects and requires a candidate who is eager to learn new systems and has a strong background in managing content within SharePoint.

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $37 - $41 per hour

Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of regulatory initiatives such as Veeva Vault, IDMP, and EU CTR.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide expertise in Veeva Vault Configuration and Regulatory Processes to a global audience.
  • Create and deliver training materials and presentations for a diverse user base.
  • Review and approve quality Regulatory Information Management & Systems documents.
  • Analyze existing documentation and processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Support operational activities related to Regulatory Data Management and Submissions.
  • Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Lead or support team projects effectively.
  • Organize and present data in a clear, graphical format to illustrate performance metrics and facilitate business improvement.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance team processes.

Qualifications:

Experience Level: Experienced (minimum 4 years)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Skills:

  • Veeva (4 years of experience required)
  • Process Mapping (4 years of experience required)
  • SharePoint (4 years of experience required)
  • SQL (4 years of experience required)
