  • Guide and supervise staff members pursuing BACB certification within the assigned region, in collaboration with the Program Director or VP of Behavior Services.
  • Assist in creating and implementing improvement plans for campuses to enhance student performance and staff effectiveness.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss behavioral needs and contribute to comprehensive support strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Education regulations and internal standards for educational and behavioral services across all campuses.
  • Maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance activities.
  • Provide operational support to schools in the assigned area, focusing on academic achievement, behavioral support, and staff development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license is required for travel between locations.
  • Experience in training and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in educational settings.
  • Proficient in working with individuals with severe learning, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and related disabilities.
