Key Responsibilities

The Role
We are looking for a Certified Speech Therapist to become part of our team, working with residents in a senior living environment that may include independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Therapy services for residents are typically covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As a Speech Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering speech therapy and wellness services tailored for older adults.
  • Performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions as part of a collaborative team.
  • Supporting care coordination by conducting regular wellness visits, liaising with patients' healthcare providers and caregivers, and facilitating telehealth appointments.
  • Upholding professional practices and ethical standards in line with company policies and clinical guidelines.
  • Contributing to program development, quality enhancement, and effective problem-solving.
  • Enhancing each patient's functional well-being and overall satisfaction.
Your Work Schedule
Our facilities generally operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your individual lifestyle needs.
