**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral interventions, including verbal behavior instruction, functional assessment, and problem behavior reduction.
- Train caregivers and staff on positive behavioral strategies, ensuring seamless implementation in various settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
**Requirements**
- BCBA certification and state licensure.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably in home and community settings.
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate communication skills acquisition.
- Ability to work with individuals of varying abilities and develop programs in various environments.
- Motivated, excellent work ethic, and high degree of quality work.
