**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement behavioral interventions, including verbal behavior instruction, functional assessment, and problem behavior reduction.
  • Train caregivers and staff on positive behavioral strategies, ensuring seamless implementation in various settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

**Requirements**

  • BCBA certification and state licensure.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably in home and community settings.
  • Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate communication skills acquisition.
  • Ability to work with individuals of varying abilities and develop programs in various environments.
  • Motivated, excellent work ethic, and high degree of quality work.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member, demonstrating professionalism in all settings.
