Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Executive will be accountable for crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing and strategy team, and managing client relationships across designated facilities. This role involves the development of detailed business growth plans, along with the creation of quarterly and annual strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence.

As a pivotal field-based position, the individual will be tasked with nurturing and expanding inpatient and outpatient referrals, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across various care levels. The role also encompasses the management of marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payer relations, and community outreach efforts.

Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing marketing team. The Senior Marketing Executive will provide guidance, training, and support to foster strong relationships and achieve business objectives within assigned regions.

Key functions also involve driving lead generation, identifying new market opportunities, and preparing proposals. The ideal candidate will employ strategic thinking and decisive execution to surpass revenue and admission targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of marketing and leadership experience within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel using available transportation.

  • A Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead a team.
  • Competence in analyzing market trends and developing strategic marketing plans.
