Position: Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

Role Summary: The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator will assist the property management team in various administrative functions, ensuring the effective operation of property activities. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.


Primary Duties:

  • Support the management of property activities, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Act as the initial contact for tenants, responding to their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and schedule property tours, inspections, and maintenance requests.
  • Keep precise and current records of property transactions, including leases, rental payments, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in the leasing process, from application through to occupancy, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Help prepare and distribute tenant communications, including newsletters, notices, and event details.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the property management team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity; experience in property management or real estate is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Package: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
