We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team and departments. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Portfolio Supervisors for daily portfolio operations, including coordinating and assembling monthly owner reporting packages.
- Respond to inquiries and elevate issues to Portfolio Supervisors, as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule site property visits and inspections for various constituents.
- Responsible for property inspection requests, claims with third parties, and weekly and monthly client reporting requirements.
- Provide telephone support coverage and general clerical and administrative support.
- Draft, edit, and format professional client and internal documents, including electronic and paper file maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with a focus on property management.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic accounting and/or financial statement knowledge is highly preferred.
- Yardi software experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
