Executive Administrative Coordinator

Compensation: $28-$33 per hour
Position Summary
This role entails providing comprehensive administrative assistance to various managerial staff. The position requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Portfolio Supervisors with daily operational tasks related to portfolio management.
- Handle incoming communications and escalate issues to Portfolio Supervisors as necessary.
- Organize, compile, and distribute monthly reporting packages for property owners.
- Oversee the carpet inspection process, manage violation correspondence with residents, and handle reasonable accommodation requests.
- Procure various property-related items such as signage, uniforms, and gifts.
- Coordinate the assembly of operational care packages for property acquisitions.
- Manage Property Inspection Requests efficiently.
- Facilitate claims processing with external parties.
- Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly reporting requirements for clients.
- Provide telephone support as needed.
- Deliver general clerical and administrative assistance.
- Draft, revise, and format professional documents for both clients and internal use.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Required: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.
- Preferred: Experience in property management with familiarity in related terminology.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly preferred: Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
- Preferred: Experience with Yardi software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Must demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Cambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive salaries, performance bonuses, medical benefits with an annual HSA contribution of $4,150, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, holidays, company events, and a 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution. Benefits may vary based on position and hours worked.
