Position Overview

Compensation: $28-$33 per hour

Role Summary

This role entails providing comprehensive administrative assistance to various managerial staff. The position requires in-office presence, operating Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Portfolio Supervisors with daily operational tasks related to portfolio management.
  • Handle incoming communications and escalate issues to Portfolio Supervisors as necessary.
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute monthly reporting packages for property owners.
  • Oversee the carpet inspection process, manage violation notifications to residents, process reasonable accommodation requests, and handle appeals from prospective residents.
  • Order property-related materials such as signage, stamps, uniforms, and gifts.
  • Coordinate and prepare care packages containing operational materials for property acquisitions.
  • Manage requests for property inspections.
  • Facilitate claims processing with external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly reporting requirements for clients.
  • Provide telephone support coverage as needed.
  • Deliver general clerical and administrative assistance.
  • Draft, revise, and format professional documents for both clients and internal use.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Required: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.
  • Preferred: Experience in property management with familiarity in related transactions and terminology.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly preferred: Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
  • Preferred: Experience with Yardi software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Cambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage with an annual HSA contribution of $4,150, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, holidays, company events, and a 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution. Benefits may vary based on position and hours worked.
