We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the DOMAINE Real Estate Team. This role is crucial in allowing our agents to concentrate on real estate transactions while minimizing their administrative burdens. We are looking for a proactive individual who embodies the same commitment to excellence as our team members.

The ideal candidate may have experience in the real estate field, although it is not mandatory. A proven ability to design and implement effective systems and processes in an office setting is essential. This individual should possess a strong sense of urgency and a passion for completing tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal oversight and gradually take on increased responsibilities and leadership roles within the team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Opportunities for professional growth

Annual Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the owner in both business and personal tasks.
  • Managing and maintaining database systems.
  • Screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Addressing inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Supporting multiple agents with their diverse needs.
  • Ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their experience.
  • Overseeing daily office operations.
  • Accurately tracking expenses and developing effective budgets.
  • Assisting with lead management.
  • Promoting listings and the team through various marketing channels.
  • Facilitating the closing process by ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Coordinating necessary inspections, appraisals, and mortgage processes.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders.
  • Managing transaction timelines to ensure seamless closings.
  • Maintaining meticulous transaction files and records.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while supporting a team.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • A college degree and experience with social media are preferred.
  • A real estate license is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one upon hiring.

  • Detail-oriented and passionate about task completion.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude is essential; the candidate should be willing to do whatever it takes to support the agents in their sales efforts.
